Design and implement user experience across all products and tools for, both, internal and external users. Build a culture of innovation and rapid experimentation with data-driven validation Design and run user research and testing programs Be the voice of users for the engineering and product teams via research and data-validated empathy for users Lead and grow UX design and engineering teams and an organization-wide user-first culture

Skills

• Well versed with design thinking methodologies and techniques
• Proven experience with modern wireframing and UI tools, designing and running user research studies and programs
• Must have experience working in Individual Contributor (IC) roles
• Experience in Agile product development
• Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams working in multiple time zones
• Ability to recruit teams and grow functions to deliver deeply meaningful user experiences
• Ability to define and prioritize strategic/tactical goals, and drive teams towards delivering on them
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of communicating with internal and external users
