Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets Build page navigation buttons and search fields. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and Invision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills

Job Description

Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes and prototypes - Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of web and mobile applications - UI design of interactive ads for mobile - Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications - Present design work to the product team for review and feedback - Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions.

Skills

- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, interaction designer or similar role

- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating UI/UX Skills

- Experience designing for the desktop and mobile devices

- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch

- Experience with any one of the prototyping tools such as inVision, Marvel, Axure etc.

- Must be from a premier institute only - Srishti, NID, NIFT, MIT institute of design, Pear
