Job Description

Provides in-house web and graphic design with innovative designs consistent with brand and corporate style Redesign corporate website from design inception to launch Manage web expansion internationally, improve the look, feel, functionality for web and mobile Provide analysis on pros and cons of CMS platforms that provide international support Provide rapid generation and iteration on comps for all digital and marketing initiatives Sketch and present UX concepts and behaviors with paper sketches, wireframes, task/workflows, simple working prototypes, or whatever form best communicates your ideas. Communicate UX design solutions to multiple development teams through prototypes, detailed specifications and similar types of communication documents. Develop, manage and maintain a HTML newsletter with web based landing pages Create communications and marketing , digital assets and templates Create and help ideate icons, logo treatments, banners, infographics and social media graphics Create landing pages and microsites for lead generation Manage work requests, project priorities and support workload distribution Manage, maintain and improve media within digital asset management platform Work closely with the marketing team both for digital assets Maintains high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of digital assets.

Skills

• 3+ years’ experience developing and implementing web and mobile user experiences,
• Hands on experience in Designing responsive web site layouts.
• Excellent judgement and communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Independently motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Passion for great design
• Extremely detail-oriented down to pixel-perfect implementation.
• Experience with dynamic prototyping or clickable modeling tools.
• At a minimum, familiar with: HTML5, CSS3, Jquery, Java script. Bootstraps is needed, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
• Exposure to Rich Format Ads and Google Disiner is a Plus.

Skills

Web & Graphic Design:
• Strong portfolio of design work, with a robust web design component, that demonstrates skill, aesthetic style and creativity.
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator etc).
• Hands on experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Excellent knowledge of web standards, usability and web & google fonts.
• Ability to create concepts within specified deadline.
