Job Description

Work closely with the product team to conceptualize product features for web and mobile. Conduct research and deconstruct our users' digital interactions and habits. Create user journey, user persona, user scenarios, user stories, page flows and translate them to wireframes that meet product feature goals. Conduct Quantitative and Qualitative User Research for new product features based on user story. Participate in rapid prototyping, creation of red routes and conduction of usability testing at every stage. Build and maintain final versions of UI design combining typographic, color and other visual elements using tools like (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD). Document work process at every stage while also collaborating with Business Stakeholders and Engineers when the need arises. Occasionally work with internal stakeholders (marketing, graphic design, etc) on visual design/graphic design projects.

Skills

• A portfolio of projects that demonstrate UI/UX expertise (web and mobile projects) along with written documentation/explanation of work.
• Must have experience in designing customer facing or consumer oriented website or mobile app.
• A very good understanding and demonstrated experience with Persona Development, Usability testing, UX Research, Prototyping and Visual Design.
• Strong problem solving, creative and negotiation skills.
• High proficiency with a UI Design tool (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD).
• Excellent Written and Oral communication skills.
