Skills

Creating Engaging Social Media Content for Restaurants - Creating catchy & original graphics that will boost social media user engagement Designing Creative Posts, Standees, Tent Cards - Designing innovative creative posts, standees and tent cards with clean, sophisticated designs Brainstorming ideas to improve existing templates and creating new ones Understanding the needs of the clients and delivering proper results in the given deadline. Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas o Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval o Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, executives etc. The position requires constant communication with colleagues for client requirements, and helping in campaign closure Creating website layout/user interfaces by using sta ndard HTML/CSS practices Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

Skills

• Graphic & Web Designers in Ad/PR/Marketing agencies with 1-3 years of experience having made creative designs (Print/TV/Online/Digital media). Also has good knowledge in the conversion of designs into HTML and creation of Landing Pages.
• Experience in working with a wide range of media and using graphic design software
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Skilled at social media advertising & up to date with current trends
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.)

• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
• Good command over the English language and well versed with creating captions/copies on creatives.
