Job Description

Design Milkbasket products (systematically, interactively and visually) for multiple target users across platforms Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Work with product managers to define and re-define the problem statement, and come up with a project execution plan. Define design strategies by analyzing data models and derive best practices within the team Design user stories and workflows that enable stakeholders to see how the project will take shape. Collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to see the project through to shipping and roll-out to the target audience Follow up on your design solutions after shipping to identify areas of improvement or newer ways to take them to the next level. Effectively manage and inspire a team of designers, help them in raising the bar, resolving road-blocks, prioritizing and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks.

• Ability to create pixel-perfect visual designs with a good sense of aesthetics (typography, colors and more).
• Ability to ship products in a fast-paced environment
