Job Description

You will drive the vision of our platform design and the execution of those design strategies in partnership with cross-functional leaders and design planning across multiple business assets. You will lead and evangelize best user-interface design practices which are mobile first in nature, which create exceptional user experience & you are more so passionate about creating & ensuring a healthy user experience & interface interactions. You have the technical skills to get your vision translated to a functional user interface with the use of html5, css3, bootstrap, jquery and angular either yourself or along with capable web developers. You are capable of not only working on web pages or product interfaces, but also web content like landing pages, blogs, articles and mobile responsive emailers. You have the ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team, and independently with minimal supervision, on multiple projects to define & implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience You will structure the design process by creating sketches, wireframes, navigation flow charts, photoshop mockups and interactive prototypes. You will proactively anticipate, identify and resolve any potential external or internal Design issues. You are one who agrees on the importance and criticality of good design and has a good understanding of customer behaviour, psychology, business drivers and objectives, and translate them into efficient UI design.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge and hands on proficiency in Responsive Web Design (RWD) techniques, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other visual design and wire-framing tools. Technical understanding must go from the highest abstractions down to the metal.
• A good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JQuery and if possible Angular JS.
• A creative fire which is fueled by opportunity and the challenges that come with driving the execution of multiple complex projects at the same time to on-time completion in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where you derive priorities, requirements, and goals from company context.
