Job Description

Understand the features and functionality of our digital products and services to ensure a deep comprehension of the user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to gather requirements and translate them into user interface designs. Assist in conducting user research, including usability testing and user interviews, to gain insights into user needs and pain points. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively. Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results. Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices to continuously improve the user experience of our products and services. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design guidelines and UI patterns to streamline the design process. Assist in tracking and analyzing user behavior and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Act as an advocate for the end-users, considering their needs and preferences in every design decision.

Skills

• Experience in UX design, with a focus on creating user interfaces for digital products.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like InVision or Axure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design projects and their impact on user experience.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and has worked in the service industry.

Understand the product completely before starting the research Lead the development of research plans, methodologies, and study materials for qualitative research studies Conduct qualitative research studies, including interviews, usability tests, and field studies Analyze research data and communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that research insights are incorporated into product and service designs Mentor and train junior UX researchers on qualitative research methods and best practices Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research trends and methodologies

Skills

• Good amount of experience with research done for high volume apps
• Strong analytical skills and experience with qualitative data analysis tools and techniques
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate research findings to cross-functional teams
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• A strong portfolio that showcases research studies and their impact on product and service design
• Experience mentoring and training junior UX researchers
• Experience working in a client service environment is a plus
• I need demonstrated experience of working on a digital app with high-volume users.
