Ethnographic and customer-related research and analysis for better understand- ing of customer pain points and needs Development of personas, customer journeys, stories, and scenarios Detailed analysis of customer touch points and understanding of customer experience Development of design and user interface options for solutions to customer pain points Development of wireframes and user flows Development of low fidelity and high fidelity concepts for prototype creation Identification and collection of samples for better understanding of design logic, pros and cons Support of design implementation by developers

Skills

• Experience in ethnographic research
• Experience in UX Design
• Experience with prototyping and testing
• Methodological competence
• Familiarity with the industry - Automotive and mobility
• Ideally experience in the start-up scene and/or with innovative tech firms
