Job Description

Lead a design team to create wireframes, high fidelity designs and prototypes that are ready for development.Work hands on to get shit done when needed.Work with the Product Head to understand the product vision, business objectives and overall strategy.Work with branding/ creative/ content teams to develop product aesthetic.Work with engineering teams to develop great user experiences and ensure designs are implemented effectively.

Skills

Requirements and Skills:
Experience in designing mobile and web interfaces.
Speed and skill in using Sketch for design.
In-depth understanding of mobile design best practices and standards followed for iOS and android and responsive web design.
Knowledge of a prototyping tool such as Marvel is a big plus.
Very Independent worker (we hate micromanaging!)
Big picture thinker & creator - we are not going to copy a pr.oduct, but create a product that others should seek to copy.
