Job Description

Create smart designs to increase user conversion to 15% from 5% Increase product engagement by creating interactive & useful feature designs Create & manage a flexible, automated, and powerful design ops system with tools like Invision, Jira, Zeplin, Sketch or Figma, or XD Create design practices, guidelines on the usage of colors, typography, elements, spacing and implement it across the team Work with marketing, partnership, branding team & agencies to create synergy across all designs (you will be only designing products, however, there will be a collaboration with other teams to ensure that all designs are in line with the brand)

Skills

• Experience in shipping at least one end to the end product (which is live in the market right now)
• Experience in iterating with engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs to get the experience and details just right
• Excellent presentation, collaboration, and communication skills
• Empathetic champion for your work's audience and customers
• Deep understanding of the technical limitations and workflow for building web interfaces (CSS/HTML/JS/React) and hybrid mobile apps (React Native)
