Bring consistency to all the platforms and products, reviewing and improving our current platforms Create and assess design solutions based on user research data and user goals. Shape product strategy and vision together with the product team Interacting with teams for ideation and work critique Evaluate and set best UI practices and standards Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces. Invest in design standards, documentation, and processes alongside your team members and product team to further our design practices

Skills

• Graphic/visual design experience
• Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals.
• Highly proficient with design tools Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite etc)
