Job Description

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Establish, promote and ensure design guidelines, best practices and standards are followed across the platform. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Proven UI/UX experience and understanding of Web vs tablet / phone etc
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of Cross Browser, mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
• Proven organizational and time management skills
