Job Description

Lead design from product development to sales/marketing to brand; and design our web and mobile UI so it is not only beautiful, but intuitive, accessible, scalable, and up to date with the latest trends. Work closely with our product development team for fast prototyping of new concepts. Actively contribute to our design system and help with its adoption among designers and front-end engineers. Understanding of integration models & user task flows. Define UI specifications. Create, prototype, and present simple and elegant end-to-end user flows for new ideas and improvements while illustrating every detail of the interaction and user interface. Create pixel-perfect UI mocks with detailed interactions and work in collaboration with engineers to ship the approved ideas to production. Focus on creating design components which can be reused multiple times optimizing user experience and time/complexity of the tech developers to develop the design. Identify and improve inconsistent UI and interactions throughout the product to ensure seamless and intuitive user experience. Clearly and effectively articulate design decisions and best practices during design demos and UI reviews. Concept and implement the visual language evolution. Produce high-quality visual designs – from concept to execution (icons, graphics, and marketing materials). Identify metrics and identify studies to better identify our user’s needs. Collaborate with designers, product managers, engagement managers, engineers, data analysts to implement, review, refine and iterate designs. Solicit and provide all levels of UI feedback, from visual design to ease of use in UI reviews. Support the team members with guidance for visual expression.

Skills

• Experience in creating and ideating multiple UI variations with prototyping first mindset. An excellent understanding of design principles, interaction design, typography, grids, layouts, design frameworks, best UX patterns for mobile and web.
• Experience of working on Android and iOS mobile app designs with a good knowledge about app design components. Familiar with tools like Principle or Flinto. Front-end knowledge.
• Any experience with motion designing and video editing is considered a plus.
• A degree in Design, User Experience / Interaction Design would be preferred.
• Experience in Design Thinking and Agile software development frameworks like Scrum/Kanban.
