Job Description

Should understand the target audience. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Facing Teams to define the long-term strategy and the short-term solutions that set the new standard of modern CRM. Give shapes to ideas by creating requirements specifications, high-quality information architecture, personas, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mockups, and prototypes. Validate ideas and design decisions using different kinds of user testing methodologies (be it qualitative r quantitative) Iterate rapidly considering various use cases and feedback from the team across different platforms (web & mobile). Present your vision and rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders at all levels throughout the design process. Should be able to work with Execute in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Skills

• Should be aware and exposed to visual design practices
• Highly skilled at applying design systems to customer-facing product applications
• Will thrive in startup culture: Has a growth mindset, resilient, adaptable and curious
• Expert level knowledge in modern prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch & Invision. Bonus if highly knowledgeable in Figma, Sketch, Principle, or other interactive prototyping software.
• The candidate is expected to approach problems with a customer & user first pragmatic mindset.
• An extensive portfolio that demonstrates design thinking & a solid understanding of both UX and UI techniques and processes.
• Eye for good aesthetics (use of typography, color theory etc)
• Familiarity with the Agile project methodology
• Should know how to interact and deliver design assets to development team.
• Other skills apart from design expected from a candidate are project management and people management skills.
• Ability to think critically about and produce design solutions for complex, technical products (data-intensive tools)
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design, including clear and effective interactions, to accomplish product or business goals
• Comfort integrating qualitative and quantitative data to pragmatically learn and iterate towards high-impact product ideas. Experience with effective A/B testing is a plus
• Should follow a data driven experience approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain the rationale for product design recommendations
