Job Description

Define the customer experience for a feature/flow with a holistic understanding of the business goals, product goals, and the UX standards Collaborate with Product managers to and tech engineers through the discovery, design, development, and analytic process to bring great ideas to life Using the primary and secondary research channels to define the behavior of the product features across different modules Create scenarios, storyboards, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction maps Own the overall experience design of the product including the layout, color, typography, and visual appeal, etc. Use various usability testing methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data to define new requirements or improve the existing features in the product

Skills

• Experience in conducting research with customers and partners including F2F interviews.
• Create rapid prototypes (mockups, screen flows, interactive models, etc.) to test with consumers and integrate feedback through an iterative process
• Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Illustrator, MS Suite, etc.
• Ability to understand the technical feasibility of the prototypes designed and to work with the tech teams to release the product features
• Possesses excellent oral communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Should be versed with the latest design trends
