Job Description

Candidates must be high-level thinkers that can dive deep into a specific design challenge and come up with alternative solutions that are not only usable but look ‘wow’. They must have experience working successfully within interdisciplinary project teams and collaborating with business units, product managers, interaction designers, user researchers, content managers and prototype engineers. They must prove mastery of visual design principles as they apply to the creation of large-scale web user interfaces, and practical knowledge of user centered design methodologies. Candidates must have working knowledge of information architecture, navigation models and interaction design principles. In this position you must be a clear and effective presenter in order to influence important design decisions and maintain credibility. Candidates need to be organized, have excellent time management skills and be highly detail oriented. They must be able to manage their own time in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical direction from project stakeholders.

Skills

• Create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
• Conceptualize, design and prototype new features across all our products
• Conduct frequent, iterative usability testing in parallel with development
• Collaborate with other teams to understand requirement and develop creative solutions

• Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools
• Excellent visual design knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in product design
• Front-end programming skills (desirable)
