Job Description

- Create UX strategy with the project manager, and help the PM in assembling the right team to execute the same.- Uncover and define the problem statement and user needs using various research techniques, for a given project.- Collaborate and ideate multiple concepts to address the needs.- Get on calls with PM, to brainstorm, review and present the solutions with client.- Work on UX requirements of multiple projects running on parallel, of different scale and nature.- Be in charge of various UX deliverables of the given project.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- A person with empathy with an ability to sense and respond
- Self-organized with an ability to multiple sp sprints simultaneous
- A natural collaborator who can work with multiple internal and external teams to gather feedback and inputs, as opposed to working solo.

Job Description

Flawlessly work with responsive, technical design, development, analysis and debugging. Work on technologies including html5, css3, object oriented java script and mvc js frameworks like jQuery / Extjs / angular etc. Conduct performance tuning faultlessly. Work with re-usable / optimized large-scale web applications. Work with complete SDLC. Work on multiple technologies and complex projects in parallel

Skills

• Strong understanding of XHTML, including semantic markup and validation
• Knowledge of CSS, including CSS driven layout (Bootstrap) and debugging for rapid development; experience with development tools such as Firebug
• Excellent understanding of the browser DOM.
• A general interest and understanding of information security and vulnerabilities.
• Working knowledge of image editing software, e.g. Adobe Photoshop.
• Eye for detail and good organizational skills.
• The ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment.
