Work together with product managers, engineers and other designers to build innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Lead our Bangalore design team. Set design guidelines, best practices and standards Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Develop original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Prepare wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Perform user research and evaluate user feedback Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies- Intriguing us with new ideas, thoughts or observations

Skills

• 2+ years of experience of working on a UI/UX Design
• An understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
• Profound UI design skills with a solid portfolio of design projects
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Experience with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Strong visual design skills with good understanding of user-system interaction
• Strong presentational and team player abilities
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Skills

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Experience in defining wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups from low (back of a napkin) to high (HTML/CSS) resolution
• Experience of creating original graphics designs (e.g. images, icons, sketches)
• Experience working with product and engineering teams
• Experience of identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Experience conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Experience defining style standards, e.g. templates, fonts, colors, images, etc.
