Job Description

You will be responsible for creating engaging user experiences & interfaces across our product platforms by balancing the needs of our users, our design aesthetic, and the objectives of the Product & Business. You will lead/ Organize brainstorming sessions, rapidly iterate on ideas, and design storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, prototypes, etc. that meet project objectives and incorporate feedback, analytics, and user testing. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and lead UX Research to drive product strategy and to design amazing experiences that our users love Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production. Design experiences across all of our platforms: iOS, Android, Web Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges. Conduct user research interviews, record and evaluate user feedback on design experiences; iterate and improve according to feedback. Research, learn, and implement design guidelines, best practices, and the latest design standards. Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions.

Skills

• Experience designing on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile Web, Desktop, etc)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or any UX/UI Design software
• Highly proficient with interactive prototyping tools like Framer, Principle, Origami, Invision Studio, etc.
• Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team
• Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Skills

• You must be passionate about consumer product design & love for your craft.
• You must have robust experience in designing mobile-first experiences.
• Ability to see a holistic picture of the product and take necessary design decisions.
• Experience with a data-driven approach to A/B Testing and research knowledge to understand the type of designs that would work for our users
• Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users.
• Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation
• Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering partners to drive and influence product decisions
• Understanding of patterns, best practices, and design standards across iOS, Android, and Web
• Proficiency in working with tools like Miro, Invision, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, or any Designing tools
• You must communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.
