Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product, marketing and other teams Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. Create marketing materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, web pages as per the requirements. Experience designing web and landing pages (also if you have user application design experience). Create original graphic designs for social media and other designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables). Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Work in collaboration with the team to understand briefs/ strategies and effectively execute them. These creatives generally include but are not limited to Website UI, Videos, Brand and Marketing collaterals, PPTs, and Social Media content in line with the design language that is not only great to look at but easy to understand. Ability to work with the product stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, resolution and images. Manage resources to ensure day to day administration of processes and formal procedures.

• Not only create visually appealing designs but also cognitively engaging ones
• Should be able to think out of the box and should be well versed with the latest trends.
• Great comprehension and expression of graphic design.
• Proficient and remains up-to-date with graphic software tools and equipment required of the position.
