Job Description

Understand KIVA’s visual identity and ensure it is appropriately translated across all online and offline channels. Work closely with the content team to brainstorm, ideate and create engaging marketing campaigns (both static and video content). Manage the design team’s work and ensure constant generation of creative and engaging ideas. Develop innovative packaging ideas and solutions for new product launches. Work on KIVA’s offline marketing collaterals: catalogs, media kits, company presentations, gift boxes etc. Create interesting point of sale merchandise and exhibition collaterals for the brand.

Skills

• Must have a creative approach to look at things, be able to come up with new and fresh ideas for every campaign.
• Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, InDesign, Coral Draw, After Effects/Adobe Premier Pro.
• The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task. Work in a Team Environment.
• Knowledge of animation/video editing software is a plus.
