Job Description

-Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create a clean and elegant UI while maintaining an intuitive and concise UX - Build prototypes with visual designs and design UI mocks, site flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes as options for User Experience researched by Product Solution team - Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about UI/UX and work with developers to convert front end deliverables into working HTML prototypes - Collaborate with the stakeholders, the users and other development partners to implement state-of-the-art user experiences - Provide complete guidance to queries raised by Engineering team during implementation phases - Design and manage style guidelines between mobile and desktop

Skills

- Work experience: 0-5 years in Web and Mobile Design

- Experience in UI/UX information architecture, Human Centered Design, User Research essential

- Degree in Graphics Design essential

- Experience in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator essential

Knowledge and Skills:

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience

- Experience on any popular tools like Proto.io, Invision, Axure, Notism, Solidify, Moqups, Quircktools, UXPin, Wireframes sketch etc

- Extensive experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap would be added advantage

- Expert in mobile and desktop optimized design practices

- Strong communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment

- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
