Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards/process flows/mockups and other relevant media Convert mockups into well-defined responsive high-fid designs with visuals Document design processes and take care of hand-off with the engineering team Develop style guides, components etc. to ensure consistent visual style and experience Be a champion advocate of UX at Kalvi

Skills

• Would have strong problem-solving skills, and UI/UX know-how
• Would have exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Would be well-versed with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch etc.
• Would be data and outcome-driven
• Would be open to a fast-paced work environment filled with ambiguity and excitement
• Would be very passionate about the field of education
• Would have a well-made portfolio demonstrating past work (Good to have)
• Would have working knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
