Job Description

This profile demands you to be a designer with superhuman powers. You will be expected to have a holistic approach on the experience, from discovery to delivery - always keeping in mind our users. You’ll partner with product owners, data scientists, risk engineers, business heads and work in cross functional teams. Together you will be actively involved in identifying customer aspirations and mapping those to business goals. You’ll research and bring forward new findings, best practices in the world of payments across the globe From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail You are constantly working with front end engineers to ship pixel perfect features and screens. You are continuously iterating and pushing the design frontier to new heights. Build habit forming products with world class execution We would love to empower you with your own team of designers, illustrators and researchers. Last and the most important, you will work with Product Owners to achieve design related quarterly OKRs

Skills

• A stunning portfolio
• Strong command over developer guidelines across platforms and web
• Great chops for visual design and prototyping
• Solid aesthetic sense with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent understanding of clean UI, typography, alignment and colors
• Should be well versed in best practises while designing in Figma and design to developer hand-off
• You love to solve problems, a hustling DNA and constantly ready for challenges
• Ready to work in an agile setup and willing to experiment continuously
• An ability to think high level product strategy and clearly distill into design deliverables
• Strong focus on users and understand human behavior
• Take ownership of design process and work as self directed member of a design team
• Able to earn trust and handle your counterparts to deliver great product experience
• Should be able to demo your designs and defend design decisions backed with research or competitive benchmarking
