Job Description

Staying informed and understanding the business and user needs Creating and reviewing UI deliverables at different parts of the design process - moodboards, screens, illustrations, prototypes and animation/motion Working with other members of the Product Design team to translate UX deliverables like Wireframes and Flows into finished UI with motion and illustration Participating as an individual contributor in key features/initiatives that are of strategic importance Defining design principles and frameworks for your team that keep their efforts focussed and efficient Breaking down tasks for your UI team such that deliverables are met as per the decided timelines Identifying process and workforce gaps and scope of improvement towards fixing the same Coordinating tasks with the Product team Coordinating and executing end mile deliverables with Front End engineering teams (Android, iOS, React Native) such that the imagined designs are executed with pixel perfection Developing and executing marketing assets, including collaterals, brochures, emailers, social media posts, standees, banner ads, on-screen marketing promotions, advertisements, posters according to requirements.

Skills

• Empathy and advocacy for users in all areas of work
• Extraordinary UI design abilities that can be demonstrated through current projects.
• A deep understanding of the design process, experience using UX prototyping tools, as well as relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to understand the constraints of the design
• Design Thinking abilities
• Ability to lead a team while having hands-on approach in all creative deliverables
• Manage complex design problems and produce simplistic outcomes
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, corel & 3D max and other graphic and 3D design software.
• Ability to create abstract 3d videos with 3ds Max / Cinema 4D and After Effects
• Excellent written and communication skills
