Job Description

Create visual assets, such as graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital mediums including social media and other collaterals. Develop creative concepts and execute design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and messaging. Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to develop visually compelling designs that engages and informs our target audience. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Ensure all design work meets our quality standards and brand consistency. Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in designing for both print and digital mediums.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.

- Has a minimum of 2 years experience in UI / UX design

- Can whip up userflows and mockups in their sleep

- As fluent in Sketch/ XD as in their mother tongue

- Has previous work experience with a start-up
