Job Description

Design intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual assets for new enterprise/web-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process. Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance. Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds. Research and track advancements in enterprise application design patterns. Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision. Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the responsive enterprise application designs. Clearly communicate with, and provide regular updates, to stakeholders, ensuring expectations around delivery timelines are carefully managed. Influence product direction through innovative design-thinking and design treatment, aligning to the brand and business requirement. Provide exceptional client service.

Skills

• Knowledge of enterprise application design basics.
• Knowledge of responsive web-based application designs for desktops, tablets and mobiles screens.
• Knowledge of preparing wireframe and prototype for an applications. The design should be validated with actual client requirement and expectations.
• Proficient to expert level experience in Adobe Design Suite focusing on Adobe XD, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Proficient to expert level experience in Adobe XD
• Skill plus: knowledge of carbon and material design standard.
• Skill plus: knowledge of design process ex. Agile methodology.
• Ability to build strong relationships with technical team. The technical team will configure the applications in different frameworks ex. React.js, Angular etc...
• Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complication, adversity, tight deadlines and fluctuating workload
