Job Description

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers. Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices and standards implemented within a product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Engage in design critiques and user research to identify great design solutions. Leverage available insights like market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings. Provide thought leadership in the product relevant user interface across devices. Skills

• Strong, clean visual design sense with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Experience in designing usable mobile interfaces from pre- to post-launch
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, InVision or other visual design, prototyping and wire-framing tools
• Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy and technology
• Good communication skills
