Job Description

Actively participate in project workshops and create user stories. Build technical solutions to meet the requirements through UI configuration, workflow configuration, reporting development, system integrations, and scripting. Execute unit testing, integration testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed solutions meet the business needs. Participate in client interaction and demonstrate good customer facing skills. Take full ownership on assigned tasks. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ServiceNow® platform and constantly increase that knowledge.

Skills

• Past experience in UI technologies
• Excellent customer service skill
• Good communication capabilities, both written and verbal
• Must be a self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and high-speed pace of work
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• Knowledge of UI programming languages such as Core Java, HTML, Java Script, CSS are required.
