Job Description

- Make strategic design and user-experience related decisions related to the InnerHour products. - Translate concepts into simple user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences - Use latest guidelines and established practises in product design, functional design and usability factors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product managers, developers, and Tech Leads. - Develop personas and manage user testing.

Skills

- 2-5 years experience in a similar role as a UX Designer for mobile and web apps

- Understanding of UX design best practices to design solutions

- A solid grasp of user-centric design, usability and accessibility concerns, alongside comfort in planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and heuristic analysis.

- Proven expertise in turning complex business problems into simple and engaging products for the iOS and Android

- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Omnigraffle, Invision or similar design and prototyping tools
