Job Description

You will be a strong individual contributor, reporting to Product team, and work as an important team member of IPDP product group. Bring in current trends and strategy of Human-Computer Interaction to InMobi's Data Visualization/Segmentation/Insights platform. Your role will have global product perspective, ensure global consistency and at the same time allow local market flavours. You will be very hands on, design the aesthetics of the page, from menu to layout to font. You would also be required to champion user study via contextually suitable research methods and advocate for usability via both qualitative and quantitative approaches to ensure our products are built user centred. Work closely with product managers to ensure each product rollout has coherent user experience and enhance customers' experience with the InMobi brand.

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in product design. Experience in designing SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Understand the whole user experience journey. Have finished at least one complete cycle of product design journey.
• Submit portfolio or sample design work. Or able to show storyboard to conceptualize your design.
• Experience in working around existing design systems and quickly adapting and contributing to making it even better and robust.
• Proficient in Visual Design programs of your choice.
• Experience with coding and troubleshoot with HTML, CSS and comparable languages.

Creating website layout/user interfaces for Inmobi.com, country specific sites and focused microsites Build Newsletters and Email Templates to drive engagement among potential customers Work with design team to use their inputs and translate into effective UX designs that will drive engagement and interaction among visitors Work with Digital marketing team to create online and social media campaigns to achieve specific goals

Skills

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in web development using LAMP stack
• Experience in core PHP and CMSs like Expression Engine and WordPress
• Experience in Object Oriented Javascript frameworks and libraries like JQuery, NodeJS, GruntJs
• Experience in HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, JQuery and responsive web development.
• Exposure to PHP framework like Code Igniter or Zend would be a plus
• Basic experience on Photoshop, Illustrator or similar UX tools
• Exposure to AWS, Docker and Mesos infrastructure would be a plus
• Knowledge to configure and implement Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is mandatory.
• A solid understanding of prevailing trends in UX
• Excellent communication (written & spoken) skills.
