Job Description

Define the fundamental elements of inFeedo’s Design System, specifying UX, visual interaction and motion components as well as building a document library of user behavior and usage guidelines. Help create the design language for inFeedo In-field research and documentation of user experience through user flows, scenarios, storyboards, mock-ups, and/or prototypes Work with PMs and ensure design fidelity in final product Find opportunities for improving customer experience and propose new features/solutions and validate assumptions through research Review product analytics to derive behavioral insights for adoption, growth and user engagement

Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Webflow (Bonus!)
• Experience in B2B SaaS interfaces is strongly preferred
• Excellent communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals.
• Excellent self-starter who can deeply collaborate with the Product team

Job Description

Build UX Maps by developing Customer Journeys and identifying gaps in our current dashboard Build the brand from the ground up, come up with new disruptive ideas, and have the patience to iterate based on feedback from across functions Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Skills

• Previous experience conducting User Research, making Customer Journeys and UX Maps.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Built dashboards and/or mobile apps.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Illustrator or any Visual design and Wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in responsive web designing and little knowledge about HTML and CSS
