JD: UI – UX Designer Location: GurgaonFunctional Area: Product – UI / UX DesignEducation Qualification: B.TechExperience: 0-2 YearsWe are looking for an experienced and talented UI-UX designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with product managers, UI-UX designers and developers. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces. Responsibilities: • Plan and implement new design ideas and deliver user-centered solutions• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.• Be a great team player, Ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers and UI-UX designers.• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

Skills

Background / Experience:

0-1 year of experience as an UI-UX Designer
• Strong UI design portfolio
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, etc.
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision or other similar design tools.
• Understanding of basic HTML5, CSS3
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies What Else?
