We want our services to be mobile first, personalized, and as intuitive as Google's search bar. Product is at the core of everything we do - and our product is centralized on people. You will design from start to finish the core product experience for our mobile app and web app, and working to invent new products. The design team is horizontal collaborating with product, engineering partners to build platforms, primitives, personalization and design systems that power our apps and driver our user-centric and highly intuitive experiences.

Skills

• Strong experience in building and shipping applications or software
• Be great at communicating your ideas and design decisions
• Be a pro with Figma and other design tools of your choice (Sketch, Flinto, InVision, Framer etc.)
• Have basic analytics skills (AB testing, Analytics)
• Have the ability to take an idea from concept through to delivering value to our users
• Have empathy for our end users, always be considering their needs and our business requirements
• Good communication skills
• A strong point of view on design direction with an openness to new ideas
• Proven track record of delivering impactful and beautiful mobile applications that customers love
• Unmatched attention to detail
