Job Description

Plan and implement new designs Optimize existing user interface designs Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements Test new ideas before implementing Conduct an ongoing user research Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail oriented
• Critical thinker
• Problem solver and customer-centered
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
• Min 2 years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3

Job Description

Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Background in project management and research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Execute interaction design and visual design as a part of a cross-functional team Work collaboratively with creative, technical and business analysis team members, both internal and external Create interactive journeys that account for different users, various abilities and multiple circumstances Articulate creative, user-centric, interactive solutions through workflows, sitemaps, wireframes, personas etc. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced development environment Perform research to establish benchmarks and obtain data on industry, technology and interaction design trends
