Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers, Analyze user experience and recommend user interface design improvements, Illustrate design ideas using wireframes, visual and graphic designs, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, navigation menus, and search boxes, Develop UI mockups and simulations (using tools such as JustInMind or InVision) that clearly illustrate how applications will function and look like, Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, Identify and troubleshoot UI problems (e.g. responsiveness), Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, Translate UI design into HTML/CSS, Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, images, typography, and graphics.

Skills

• Working knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3,
• Ability to implement responsive design strategies,
• Familiarity with typical cross-browser issues,
• Knowledge of user interface design tools such as Invision, Sketch, Lunacy, Figma, Origami, Flinto, Adobe XD, Adobe Dreamweaver or their equivalents,
• Ability to simulate user experience using prototyping tools such as JustinMInd.
