Job Description

Experience with all stages of product development - concept, wireframes, design iterations, production, and QA. Collaborate closely with the product team to create user experiences that support the product vision and strategy. Collaborate alongside digital creatives, data researchers, and developers to ensure designs are properly implemented. Conduct user research, develop user personas and create an information architecture that supports mobile apps and web experiences. Identifying opportunities and recommendations that improve the overall user experience while addressing user pain points. Ability to analyze and measure user engagement metrics. Participate in ideation and scoping for new initiatives, feature enhancements, and A/B tests. Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for a wide range of devices and interfaces (iOS, Android, Web). Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Skills

• Expertise in standard design software. (e.g. Figma, Invision studio, Balsamiq, Sketch, Adobe xd)
• Deep understanding of UX design best practices for mobile-first and responsive design.
• Capable of rapidly iterating designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete designs.
• Interest in designing for iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Self-starter that takes the initiative and is able to work independently.

Job Description

Designing visually compelling video and motion graphics that showcase Ikarus 3D’s creativity, and design thinking and are optimized for video/web/social media dissemination. Developing concepts, ideating, and bringing them to life through robust visual design, color, audio, and animation techniques and effects using adobe creative suite. Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics Researching and creating appropriate visual elements as per the creative brief requirements. Creating deliverables containing significant content and requiring exceptional attention to detail. Managing projects to ensure timely completion against agreed-upon deadlines. Following efficient workflow and review requirements to meet the organization’s expectations.

• Communication Skills: You must have strong communication skills You must also communicate properly to express ideas without hesitation, understand company requirements and carry a conversation charismatically without being informal.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro).
