Plan and implement new design Optimise existing user experience design Communicate with client to understand their business goals and objectives Create prototypes for new product ideas Extensive experience in using UI/UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing and user-centric UI designs across different platforms and devices. Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering actionable insights to inform design decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to maintain consistency in design throughout various projects. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
