Job Description

Lead projects through the design cycles - from concept to prototype. Facilitate client’s vision through discovery, research, stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products. Identify usability roadblocks & devise solutions. Ensuring the UX/UI is serving & facilitating business purposes. Ensuring the user experience is translated into aesthetically pleasing digital interfaces. Collaborating with stakeholders, clients & the team to ensure optimal output. Ensure final delivery post iterative reviews & testing

Skills

• 4 or more years experience in similar role. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on mid to long term design projects.
• Expertise in designing tools & techniques. Knowledge of html5/ css3 & javascript would be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to understand detailed requirements & the vision of the clients, communicate &brainstorm with clients & other stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Taking initiative and getting things done on time.
• Organized, resourceful and creative in work.
• Eager to learn and ability to cope with during pressure.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
