Discover and design new user experiences that drive the next generation of mobile and web application Create graphics and designs for user interface for web and mobile applications Creates UX/IA documentation such as site outlines, process flows, sketches, scenarios, personas, wireframes, and navigation models for web and mobile applications to define functionality and user behavior Brainstorm and collaborates with product owners, end users & other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of excellent user experiences Should be able to interpret complex business requirements and turn them into formal UI specifications Research and evaluate emerging trends in interaction and interface design and incorporate them in the product vision Generate mockups and style guides for product development

Skills

• Proven quality experience in web design or mobile design
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of responsive and mobile design
• Ability to research and analyze requirements to conceptualize user experience designs
• Ability to sketch and communicate visually in multiple art media, whiteboards, etc.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers, users and developers / technical teams
