Job Description

Creates and communicates user interface designs through wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes Visualizes users' experience through task flows, journey maps, and personas Collaborates with UX research team to translate research insights to product designs Offers design guidance and support to R&D teams throughout agile development cycles Conducts competitive and landscape analysis of product designs Collaborates with other product designers to ensure a coherent end to end experience for users Produces deliverables under the direction and guidance of senior designers Leads small to medium-sized projects Contributes to development of design system and standards Influences POs and PMs in product decisions

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-4 Years or equivalent experience
• Able to create design assets using common design tools (Adobe, Sketch Figma, etc.)
• Customer empathy, systems thinking
• Demonstrated ability to apply design principles to create effective product designs
• Portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with other designers, as well as stakeholders and R&D teams
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without need for strong mentorship
• Able to lead and mentor junior-level designers
