Job Description

Collaborate with various functions within the company (design, product, engineering, customer success, sales). Bring a Comprehensive Design and UX thought process in Products and Platforms. Work with Product Managers and Visual Designers to translate whiteboard Mock-ups to Product Prototypes. Challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table. Work closely with tech leads to make sure ideas are implementable. Prototype designs in Low & High Fidelity as per requirement. Design meaningful experiences across a wide range of channels and platforms. Work on community outreach and thought leadership exercises (Blogs, Design Events, Whitepapers).

Skills

• An individual with B.des/M.des degree in a related design discipline.
• Experienced with User Research Methods or an inclination to learn & scale.
• Experienced with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and a passion for growing your toolkit.
• Gifted with empathy and ability to turn conversations, data points, insights to User Stories.
• Hands on with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, Android, iOS platform capabilities and limitations (optional).
• A quick learner who can improvise in a fast paced environment that involves Design Sprints followed by rapid dev sprints.
