Understanding & translating client briefs, and help in defining, developing, and executing interactive design concepts across different formats such as social media creatives, GIFs, videos, collateral design, brand communication, and more Create quality design work while sticking to the timelines Visualise and execute storylines, storyboards, frameworks, and end-to-end conceptualization across video formats Demonstrate a passion for solving problems and participate in creative conceptualization and brainstorming sessions Be open & flexible to feedback and varied thought process

Skills

• Keen eye for design & detail
• Deep understanding of motion graphics, animation, and videos with an ability to translate an end-to-end visual route
• Operational & exceptional understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro while an understanding of In-design, XD, etc.).
• Understanding/knowledge of 2D, 3D design & UI/UX, etc. is an add-on
• Excellent aesthetic sense (colors, elements, typography, frameworks, storyboarding, brand design, etc.) with a versatile mindset.
• Should be able to communicate design thinking
• Keeping abreast with the latest design trends (fonts, typography, color palettes, elements, what works, what doesn't)
• Keen researcher to help guide brand communication. A fresh and clean design sensibility at par with international standards
• Agency/production house experience preferred
• Takes responsibility and ownership
• Strong collaboration & communication skills
