Job Description

Own delivery of all design work for our Enterprise SAAS Platform & Consumer applications. Advise and help guide user research (evaluative and generative) studies and observe and analyze end-user behavior. Produce detailed, pixel-perfect final specifications for product interface and interactions. Be involved in multi-disciplinary design sprints, involving wire-framing, prototype designing, and hand-over to the engineering team Maintain a comprehensive interactive style guide to ensure clarity of the design principles and specifications that should be used by the agile sprint teams. Summarize relevant research insights, completing them with data analytics, and collaborating with teams to make actionable design decisions.

Skills

• A portfolio that demonstrates strength in user experience and visual design of digital products.
• Experience in the product development process starting with user research and uncovering pain points and opportunities to detailed UX/UI design specifications.
• Able to complete multiple mid-large sized projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability in illustrating and presenting design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis
• Proficiency with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision etc.

Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on identified requirements. Create illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders using different styles, appropriate colors, and layouts for each graphic. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new design perspectives, ideas, and style guides for particular campaigns. Ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards Collaborate with digital strategists to transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
