Job Description

Drive our team's design thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices. Develop high-level and detailed wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, detailed microinteraction matrices, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Evaluate usability of existing flows and recommend thoughtful design changes when appropriate. Deliver coherent and delightful UX concepts, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over time. Build strong relationships and operating rhythms to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed. Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users in a fast-paced work environment, imparting day-to-day design leadership that fosters a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering. Working closely with multiple stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines

Skills

• Strong online portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing great user-centered experiences and applications.
• Strong HTML, Javascript, prototyping (Framer, etc.), visual design skills.
• Knowledge about modern CSS language features, including Flexbox, CSS Grid, feature queries
• An understanding of HTML semantics and ARIA roles, and knowing their correct application
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Xd, After effects, etc
• Masters/Bachelors Degree in user interface design, HCI, interaction design, visual communication/graphic design or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and thrive in changing environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with a project team
• Nimbleness; the ability to turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups quickly in an iterative environment
• Knowledge of how design impacts development; a knack for constructing dynamic, interactive designs that are technically feasible and prudent

Job Description

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and product packaging.

Skills

• Atleast 4 years of proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Balsamiq)
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
