Design concepts that balance user and business needs. Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution. Sketch, prototype, and iterate quickly to establish a shared vision with your team. Collaborate with engineers to drive your vision to the shipping line. Partner closely with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to understand what our users need, want, and love about HCaH. Use this information to drive your design process. Create new patterns that are intuitive, practical, and convergent. Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.

Skills

• An online (or PDF, PPT) portfolio of recent and current projects demonstrating experience in UX Design and UI Design. (Please try googling on how to show NDA protected work)
• Have a strong understanding of UX design processes, principles and patterns
• You care about the business needs, implications, and practicality of your designs. You don't get stuck on pretty UI.
• You're a good listener who collaborates well with different stakeholders. You observe and internalise all inputs and feedback to help you reach an optimal decision.
• You like to tell stories using both words and visuals and strategise the best way to make your point.

Job Description

Conduct primary and secondary user research. Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics. Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies. Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations. Perform usability studies with consumers. Ask questions, gather data, and analyse data.

Skills

• Experience in planning, user profiling, conducting, analysing, and presenting the results of research studies.
• Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
• Experience with remote collaboration and testing tools
• A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills are critical.
