Job Description

Overseeing all digital design projects, from conception to delivery including but not limited to social media posts, website design, blog and newsletter design, ads and ad formats, text animation and typography techniques. Designing original pieces, including illustrations, gifs, animation and infographics Generating ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services Determine style, technique, and medium best suited to organisation promotion strategies Increase user friendliness and keep user experience at the centre of all design Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects Stay up to date with industry developments and tools Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Test graphics across various media Identify pop culture trends and understand the brand and its values fully.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role
• Portfolio of completed design projects including illustration, animation and social media design
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Strong aesthetic skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
