Job Description

Help lead and recruit a team, based in India. Design and develop beautiful, clean, responsive and search engine optimized websites that truly reflect our brands. Maintain and debug current and new WordPress websites. Evaluate our current websites on user experience and user interface standards, and improve on their structure and function. Give suggestions and use good judgment when developing and designing. Work with an international team of other developers, designers and marketers to accomplish and exceed goals. Develop websites, apps and other projects to function well across all countries, including China.

Skills

• Able to communicate professionally in English.
• Minimum of 5+ years of front-end development and design.
• BS in computer science, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Strong experience in developing WordPress websites
• Excellent programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/HTML5, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Wordpress, Javacript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Dreamweaver etc.
• A strong knowledge of today’s website standards.
• Some experience in object oriented programing.
• Experience in app development is a plus.
• A background of design is preferred.
• Familiarity with frontend E-commerce structure, marketing-based websites, social media integration, SEO, analytics integration, and other webmaster tools.
• Photoshop skills is a plus.
• Experience of UX/UI and front end design is necessary.
• Familiarity with Salsify is a plus.
• Familiarity with WeChat/WeXin is a plus.
