Job Description

Can you develop and execute the product roadmap and help define the product strategy? Can you conduct user research, and define and manage the success metrics? Do you have Subject Matter Expertise in Brand and Visual Design? Do you have the ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback? Can you define and maintain the design system of all our products to produce consistent and intuitive user experiences? Can you design intuitive interfaces across web and mobile that are delightful and efficient to use? Can you evaluate the needs and wants of the consumers and come up with relevant product designs? Can you define product strategy and design thinking for the best user experience? Can you guide other designers in achieving elegant design solutions?

Skills

• Must have scaled App in B2C Niche from 1K to 100K+ Users
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• A strong portfolio of product design and demonstrable end-to-end product design experience
• Strong ethnographic research and usability testing skills
• Prior experience in a Startup is a must
• Highly self-disciplined in remote working with excellent time management skills
